I can't wait! I want to see her doing at least an Imelda Papin or an Aegis song at the Finals.
She'll probably crack up with her winning song, like what she did in her I'm Here performance. I am pretty much sure her father's millions would make her win! And we're hoping that she wins too.

As for Jayann, you're good. Pero whatever yaya Jayann, you're such a loser. As in loser in contests that you've joined. Even winning Pinoy Idol does not make you much of a winner. Winning a loser show makes you a loser too.

And Ram, you're only advantage is that you're the only guy at the Finals. And, that's a huge advantage. And if you win, that's because GMA wants you to be the rocker winner ala David Cook. After Cook, you're career... it's back in Cagayan de Oro. There, we can call you Pinoy Henyo. 'Cause you're such a genius in the music industry, right Ogie? *sarcastic tone*

Forgive me for such a crappy post for a crappy show for a crappy final three. Everything's crappy. I'm gearing myself up for a crappy Finale tomorrow. I am not expecting much. I can predict though, that there won't be any performance that would make my hair rise. That means, no one's worth the win.

A Success: Meryl and Walton Out

Two of the remaining goodies in the competition exited the show last night, it's no surprise as Walton Zerrudo and Meryl David got the boot. Meryl's lack of looks and personality got the best of her. Her performance last Saturday was okay and one of the best ones. Though one of the most consistent ones in the competition, Meryl, who confessed that Lauryn Hill mostly influences her music style, was voted out last night. She sang Killing Me Softly . Even if the judges gave the hype to Walton Zerrudo, he still lost his way to stardom. Even owning the night last Friday, Walton received the lowest number of votes along with Kid and Toffer in the Bottom 3. Along with Meryl in the bottom three were the best of the performance night: Mae Flores and Jeni Rawolle. --- Comments. It's actually suspicious since they only eliminated two this round (one male, one female). Can't they afford Kid, Toffer, Jeni, or Mae (some of the better contestants) to leave the show? The Biliran Princess Gretta is in the Top 3! Congratulations to us! And now, what a way to end the competition but to give the show a worthy winner. CRAPPY SHOW=CRAPPY WINNER and who could be the best option but GRETCHEN ESPINA . The show does not deserve to have Jayann Bautista as the winner. Let's add another singing contest in the roster of her losses. After all, she's a hustler in losing these type of contests, isn't she? Not Ram, 'cause we know that GMA 7 has been pimping him for the crown. Its because they want a DAVID COOK counterpart. But it would be a great Finale! Imagine GRETCHEN singing MANANG BIDAY or ITIK ITIK SA MANILA ZOO would be such a delight. Imagine her singing in front of the two hundred people that will fit in SMX Convention Center 'cause the show can't afford to fill up the Araneta Coliseum. I imagine her dress. Oh! Her dress. Finals: Whack 12 Recap

Horrible lightings. Irrelevant ramblings from the judges. Irritating “Winner!” comments from Jolina. This pretty much sums up the 1st pre-recorded Gala Night of Pinoy Idol. And tomorrow, after the newly-imposed seventeen-hour text voting (only) votation process, another good performer would be going home. Tonight, we start the show off with a dismaying performance by the Whack 12. We saw lights everywhere and I mean everywhere! The lights didn’t even compliment the stage design. There’s nothing grandeus with the new set. The technicals did a horrible job, since the arrangements were off and the band can’t be heard vividly. One minute performances. Lengthen it guys! Get more ads! :-) I advise. So, Gretchen started off with a bomber song choice and that is Aretha Franklin’s Respect . Yes, dear, you are no Aretha but doing that song takes a lot than what you have. You gave us an incomparable performance. It was way too ordinary that it seemed like it was a baby singing a nursery rhyme. H...
